RealSelf: Treatments & Reviews App Reviews

Every time I tried to open the app, it kicked me completely out. I deleted it.

I have not been stalking the website for years but I am very addicted to the app. It is very fluid and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get good research done an any form of plastic surgery ...

Had a few issues getting it to save topics I follow, and loading the feed for those topics. Im on beta iOS software so that could very well be it. It would be nice to have the full filtering options as per the website such as age range, sex, etc. Not sure why those werent included in the initial release. When adding topics, would be nice to have the letter sidebar so you can quick jump between procedure names. An option to disable tool tips would be nice as well. Otherwise, pretty solid app.

It freezes ALL the time! And I have to completely shut down my phone to get the screen to change. Its very annoying when I lose my place because it freezes my phone so bad, or else I would have given 5 stars.

Its pretty good but it freezes up sometimes which can get kind of annoying

First, it downloaded sideways! Second, its much more difficult to navigate or find information. Sorry, I will delete the app.

I like the app, but as I look at pics it freezes up on me with a black screen. It takes hours to unfreeze.

I will delete it. It was too difficult to maneuver and get to information I wanted.

Ive been a RealSelf user for awhile now so was excited when they finally released this app. One of the main reasons I wanted to try it out is that there have been so many times I want to make notes about a procedure, remember a question or look something up treatment-wise but wasnt in front of a computer to get the RealSelf website. So far, Im really impressed! The navigation throughout the site is super easy and Im loving the scrolling feed that focuses on the selected treatments Im interested in. Great additional tool to use in conjunction with the help I find on their website.

Ive been an avid RealSelf user for a couple months now and I absolutely love the new app. The updated feed and new notebooking features are my favorites.

Wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt always freezing up. Its easier to just use the desk top view because the app freezes up too much. And every time I post a comment it duplicates. Please fix!

Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesnt. Needs a major update.

Both the app and the website have been down for going on two days. Get it together Realself!

It worked for one day. I am not able to see the pictures of the reviews

App freezes up way too much when viewing photos. I almost always have to go back to the website to finish browsing. Also I could not see any sort feature when viewing reviews like how they have it on the website. I dont see the follow/unfollow feature on the doctors profiles and my newsfeed seems to be outdated when I would like to see the newest stories. Please fix!!

I do love the app but the pictures are kind of important to the reviews. Freezes up and doesnt load when trying to view.

The company does not allow you to remove your pictures or reviews without their permission its quite a process if you want to keep your photos private its at their discretion not yours
