Totally doesnt work since update!!

I am extremely disappointed because since the last update, it only goes to treatment options, after a flicker of the older page where you had options to check your messages, notebooks, people you followed, etc.
I cant even get to my private messages!
I have tried everything, from rebooting my IPhone 4S, to picking a treatment option, to see if THEN I can navigate to main page...NOPE! Nothing I have tried works.
Would you please fix this issue? It had problems before, but you cant get much worse than this!
If I uninstall the App, I think I will lose all my saved information, and my notebooks.
Please help!
